GYMNASTICS EXPO
The Gym Expo is a wonderful opportunity for all of our gymnasts to experience an actual gymnastics meet. From September to April, they learn various skills on bars, beam, vault, mini-tramp and floor. During the months of March, April & May, these skills are choreographed into routines.
The routines are performed individually during a one hour show. Upon completion of the Gym Expo, each child is called to a podium and receives a gold medal. These shows are highly successful and a lot of fun!
Please Note: Participation in both Showtime & Gym Expo are voluntary!
